He is a specialist in Electrical Quality solutions and consulting, has a history of more than 30 years in the sector. He is currently in charge of the regulatory consulting area before the CFE, also providing advice for the implementation of Measurement, Protection, Monitoring and Communications solutions in compliance with the applicable national regulations.

He is also the secretary of the CFE’s National Energy Quality Committee.
